This is a directed net and is open to all Amateur Radio Operators including any mobiles that may be in our area.
The Spring Hill Amateur Radio Club meetings are the third Tuesday of the month, at 7 P.M. in the Cafeteria of Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville. Access is through the east end of the hospital.
There is a coffee hour held at the McDonalds in Spring Hill on US 19, starting at 8 A.M. on Wednesday mornings.
For the YL's, there is a breakfast on the first Friday of each month. Watch the website: kf4ixu.org for this and other meeting times and locations!
Your net control operator for this evenings net is (your call, your name)
Is there any emergency or priority traffic?
Are there any announcements?
I will now take check-ins from any mobile operators or short time stations.
Check-ins will now begin with stations who’s suffixes begin with:
A through H please call and state your call sign and name.
I through P please call and state your call sign and name.
Q through Z please call and state your call sign and name.
(Go back through the list of names and ask for comments or announcements from each check in. Short time check-ins don’t usually want a call back and mobiles may move beyond range of the repeater.)
Thank you one and all for signing into the Spring Hill Amateur Radio Club Net. Net Control is now turning this frequency over to general amateur use. This is (your call sign) net control operator for KF4IXU.
